Address Proof: Ration Card, Landlord’s Rent Agreement, or Electricity Bill Xerox is required.

Guardian/Husband/Reference ID Proof must be submitted.

Nominee’s Phone Number is mandatory.

Bank Passbook Xerox must be submitted to receive payments. Payment will be made via cheque.

Work is offered to males and females between 18-50 years.

No service charge will be taken from workers.

Child labor is strictly prohibited.

Workers must wear proper uniform/dress while going to work.

Worker’s bag checking is mandatory before starting duty.

Workers must report to the client on time and maintain discipline.

Clients are requested not to check the worker’s bag (during entry and exit). If the worker loses their ID card, the centre will not accept responsibility. If ID is misused for any illegal activity, the worker will be fined ₹5000 and blacklisted.

If a worker fails to continue work, the centre must be informed immediately so that an alternative arrangement can be made. Failure to inform may lead to service cancellation.

Any physical/mental harassment or abusive language towards the worker will lead to legal action.

Worker’s duty card must be signed daily by the client. Without this card, payment cannot be processed.

Worker’s nails must be cut and kept clean.

If a worker is absent without permission, a ₹100 fine will be imposed. If absent due to illness, a doctor’s certificate must be provided; otherwise, absence will be considered irregular.

Female workers must not wear nighty or short dresses; saree or salwar is mandatory.

Any outside job placement without Centre’s approval is illegal and will invite legal action.

For extra duty hours, the client must pay additional charges.

Violation of Centre’s rules may lead to termination.

The Centre will not be responsible for missed calls or late communication.

Clients are requested not to give emergency tasks without notice.

Workers and clients must maintain mutual respect.
-
Workers must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.

Clients are responsible for the worker’s safety, accommodation, and food.

After bill submission, the client must clear payment within 2 days to the Centre. If payment is made directly to the worker, it will still be considered as Centre’s payment, and settlement must be completed within 2 working days.
